This subwoofer box is especially designed to fit your F150 04 Heritage. It works with rear bench seat and rear 60/40 seat.

Installation Notes:
Backseat must fold front to back. It is a snug fit under the rear seat. It is NOT necessary to remove the seat during installation. No modifications are needed to enjoy big bass!
