It works with rear bench seat and rear 60/40 seat. (Does not fit rear Bucket Seat Trim)

Installation Notes:
It is a snug fit under the rear seat. It is NOT necessary to remove the seat during installation. No modifications to your Escalade are needed to enjoy big bass!
